JOB DESCRIPTION

– Basic computer/software troubleshooting

– Knowledge on how to operate computer

– Proficient on Microsoft office/excel/power point

– Perform user requirements review and analysis

– Documentation

– Provide IT System support

– Provide status report to IT Manager

– Ensure organizational standards and processes are followed and adhered to.

– Rostered to be on call at all times.

JOB REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATION

– Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.

– Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English

– At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

– Preferably Senior Executives specializing in IT/Computer

– Full-Time position(s) available.
