IT Technician

🔧Responsibilities
* Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
* Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and software.
* Perform routine system maintenance such as updates, patches, and virus scanning.
* Assist in setting up network equipment including routers, switches, and Wi-Fi access points.
* Support CCTV and door access system installation and troubleshooting.
* Manage data backup and assist in recovery procedures.
* Assist with user account setup and basic server maintenance.
* Document IT issues and solutions for internal reference.

📌 Requirements
* Diploma / Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
* Basic networking and troubleshooting knowledge
* Familiar with Windows OS and networking devices
* CCTV / access control experience is an added advantage
* Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
