IT Technician – System Support & Maintenance

We are seeking a young reliable and detail-oriented Technician to support onsite installation of IT equipment’s, CCTV, time attendance devices and network cabling works. The ideal candidate will assist in deploying equipment, performing structured cabling tasks, troubleshooting basic technical issues, and ensuring all onsite work is completed safely, efficiently, and to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
• Carry out on-site installation, testing, and maintenance of equipment and systems, including time attendance, access control, surveillance systems, and wiring/cabling infrastructure.
• Execute structured cabling tasks, including cable pulling, termination, labelling, testing, and documentation.
• Assist with mounting, rack installation, and setup of network, IT, or electrical components.
• Follow installation plans, drawings, and instructions provided by engineers or supervisors.
• Conduct basic troubleshooting and report any issues or risks encountered during onsite work.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate job progress to project leads.
• Provide onsite customer support when required and maintain a professional work attitude.
