IT & Web Support Specialist (Chinese Speaking)

Website Maintenance & Front-end Implementation
1. Maintain and update the company’s WordPress websites to ensure stability, security, performance, and basic SEO optimization.
2. Implement and update web pages based on design files (Figma, Sketch, XD, Photoshop, etc.) using WordPress themes, child themes, or custom templates.
3. Write and optimize basic HTML/CSS/JavaScript to ensure responsive layouts and smooth user experience.
4. Work closely with Marketing teams to develop and optimize landing pages, campaign pages, and marketing-related web content.

AI Tools & Automation Support
5. Assist in deploying and configuring local/on-prem AI tools and open-source large language models for internal marketing use cases.
6. Support the setup and optimization of AI workflows, prompts, knowledge bases, and automation tools to assist content creation and marketing operations.
7. Monitor the usage and effectiveness of AI tools, collect internal feedback, and help improve workflows and configurations where necessary.

Basic IT & Systems Support
8. Provide basic internal IT support for office Windows PCs and related systems, including:
- New employee workstation setup
- Software installation and updates
- Microsoft 365 configuration


Requirements
1. Hands-on experience with WordPress website maintenance, including themes, plugins, widgets, and general site configuration.
2. Basic to intermediate HTML5/CSS3 skills and familiarity with JavaScript for front-end implementation.
3. Experience translating design files into responsive web pages using tools such as Figma, Sketch, XD, or Photoshop.
4. Familiarity with Linux/server environments or experience setting up development environments is an advantage.
5. Interest or experience in AI tools, open-source LLMs, automation workflows, or prompt engineering.
6. Basic IT troubleshooting skills for Windows systems, software installation, and common office technical issues.
7. Good communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
8. Fresh graduates or interns are welcome, especially those with strong interest in web development, IT support, and AI tools exploration.

Nice to Have
1. Basic PHP knowledge or WordPress customization experience
2. Experience with Docker, conda, or self-hosted AI tools
3. Familiarity with content marketing or social media workflows
4. Experience supporting Microsoft 365 or internal office systems
