Japanese Restaurant Staff ( Part time )

What you'll be doing
-Prepare and cook delicious Japanese cuisine to the highest standards
-Ensure all food preparation and presentation meets our exacting quality standards
-Maintain a clean, organised and well-stocked kitchen environment
-Collaborate with the broader team to deliver prompt and efficient customer service
-Adhere to all health, safety and hygiene regulations
-Contribute ideas to menu development and kitchen operations

What we're looking for
-Proven experience as a chef or cook, preferably in a Japanese restaurant setting
-Knowledge of traditional Japanese cooking techniques and flavour profiles
-Excellent knife skills and an eye for culinary presentation
-Strong time management and multi-tasking abilities to thrive in a fast-paced environment
-A team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
-Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
-Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays
