Japanese Speaker - Interpreter & Customer handling (Public transport reachable)

Job Description

Main duties and responsibilities of this position are attending Japanese members/customers to the hospital as an Interpreter for doctor consultation.



Providing medical support to Japanese members/customers including handle hospital’s procedures, insurance claiming etc.

Providing traffic police reporting support, as interpreter for customers car accident or car breakdown cases.

Handling document and data entry into computer system in Japanese.

Provide general administrative and operational support for assigned task.

Answering phone calls, handling email correspondence & ad-hoc duties.



***These duties need to 24 hours standby shift, providing support during non-working hour and Weekend or public holiday by rotational. (standby for emergency only, you can sleep or do your own things. Just need to be careful if any emergency call coming, then you will need to assist the patients.)



■MUST TO HAVE:

Japanese Language Proficiency (JLPT N2 and above)

Willing to travel and work under 24 hours standby shift
*Can consider Fresh graduate

■PREFER TO HAVE(Advantage)

Working experience in related field like medical or insurance company
