Japanese-speaking Customer Support (WFH, non-BPO)

Job details:
Data entry and maintaining system database with information, and resolve any inaccuracies

Maintain positive relations with customers by providing necessary support, pertaining to property-related issues

Communicate with customers using the Japanese language for assistance

Act as intermediary between vendors and customers

Assist in general company operations

Education
Degree in Business Administration, or equivalent

Requirements:
At least 2 years of working experience using Japanese language, preferably in customer service

Minimum JLPT N2 for Japanese language fluency is required

Equipped with own computer for WFH

Preferably able to drive in-case needed for work
