岗位职责
1. 配送协调
• 规划、安排和管理及时的配送。
• 确保所有配送文件完整准确。
2. 产品处理
• 配送前检查产品质量。
• 安全高效地装卸货物。
3. 客户互动
• 提供配送更新并处理客户的询问或疑虑。
4. 办公室维护
• 保持一个干净、有序且高效的办公环境。
• 确保办公用品充足且设备运行正常。
5. 库存支持
• 协助库存管理并确保货物妥善存放。
6. 报告与文档
• 维护清晰准确的配送和办公室活动记录。
