任职资格
具备至少5年仓库管理相关工作经验，熟悉仓库运作流程，包括收货、存储、拣货、包装和发货等环节。
精通库存管理，能够有效地跟踪和控制库存水平，确保库存准确性，并及时处理库存差异。
熟悉仓库管理系统的操作和维护，能够利用系统提高仓库运作效率和准确性。
熟悉与规划送货路线（柔佛）。
具备团队领导能力，能够有效地组织、协调和激励团队成员，确保团队目标的实现。
熟悉安全管理规程，能够监督和执行仓库安全措施，确保仓库运作的安全。
具备良好的沟通能力，能够与内部和外部客户进行有效的沟通和协调。
能够使用马来语和华语进行流利的口头和书面沟通。

岗位职责
监督仓库的日常运营，确保高效和安全。
管理仓库团队，包括招聘、培训、绩效评估和纪律处分。
维护准确的库存记录，进行定期盘点，并解决库存差异。
实施和执行安全规程，以防止事故和损坏。
优化仓库布局和流程，以提高效率和吞吐量。
与物流和运输团队协调，确保及时交付货物。
确保仓库设备得到适当维护和维修。
