我们正在招募【小红书营销客服】
主要负责跟进客户、介绍小红书企业蓝勾服务、解答基本问题，并协助促成成交。

这份工作适合你，如果你：
有做过 sales、客服、marketing，或本身很会跟人沟通

愿意主动 follow up 顾客，有责任感
会用 WhatsApp 和 Excel / Google Sheet

你会负责：
跟进公司提供的客户资源
介绍蓝勾服务内容、流程和优势
回答顾客关于申请条件和资料的问题
跟进意向客户，协助成交与付款
记录客户资料和跟进进度
