Prepare and bake breads, pastries, cakes, and other bakery products

Measure and mix ingredients according to recipes and production schedules

Operate baking equipment and monitor baking temperatures and timing

Maintain product quality, consistency, and presentation standards

Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen and work area

Follow food safety and sanitation procedures at all times

Assist in stock control and ingredient preparation

Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet daily production targets

Keeping records relating to deliveries, inventory, and production levels
