Job Description

- Assist in the preparation of resolutions, statutory forms, and corporate documents
- Maintain and update statutory records and registers
Perform data entry and ensure proper documentation in the system
- Assist in submission of documents to relevant authorities
- Support the team in compliance-related matters and deadlines tracking
- Carry out administrative and ad-hoc assignments as assigned
- Fresh graduate is welcome to apply (Mandarin speaker is an advantage)
