Junior Customer Service Executive

Attend customer enquires through email and phone.
Prepare/Handle Sales Order, Purchase Order, Invoice, export documentation.
Coordinate with sales, production/supplier, finance, WH logistics.
Create and maintain customer records in the system and maintain proper documentations.
Monitor orders against available inventory and ensure smooth delivery processes.
Monitor and coordinate with vendor (on shipment arrangement/delivery schedules).
Able to work in office at Bayan Lepas, Penang.
