Junior Sales Admin Executive - Kota Kemuning

What you'll be doing
-Perform sales order entry for all orders received
-Answering customer enquiries about stock availability etc.
-Assign serial numbers of fire extinguishers to customers in eFEIS portal.
-Assist in processing and following up on Return Material Authorization ( RMA) request
-Arrange collection with forwarder for Sabah and Sarawak orders.
-Prepare Lampiran C1, C2, C3.
-Prepare quotations as and when needed.
-Arrange to send out documents via company courier for verification/ approval from multiple departments.
-Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by superior

What we're looking for
-Fresh graduates or with 1 year relevant experience in administrative background preferred.
-Independent and able to work under minimum supervision.
-Able to work in fast paced environment and under pressure.
-Strong communication skills, persuasive and good in negotiation.
