JUNIOR / SENIOR FORKLIFT TECHNICIAN

Inspection & Preventive Maintenance
- Conduct regular inspection, servicing and preventive maintenance of forklifts and material handling equipment.
- Perform scheduled maintenance according to service requirements and manufacturer recommendations.
- Inspect mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, battery and safety systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults.
- Carry out repair and replacement of faulty components, parts and electrical systems.
- Communicate with customers regarding equipment condition, repair requirements and service recommendations.
- Ensure all work is completed safely and professionally.
- Complete service reports, inspection checklists and maintenance records accurately.
- Record diagnosis, work performed, parts replaced and equipment condition.
- Report daily work progress and major technical issues to the Operation Manager / Service Manager.
