工作职责
编制工程量清单（BQ）、成本预算及报价文件
负责项目成本估算、成本控制及预算管理
开发及维护优质供应商与分包商资源
收集及更新材料、供应商及分包商最新价格资料
进行现场勘察，并跟进项目施工进度
与供应商及分包商协调报价、材料样品及采购相关事项
寻找投标所需材料及获取报价
进行价格分析、成本比较及成本汇总
执行工程量测算，协助投标报价工作
编制招标文件、合同文件及相关成本分析报告
协助项目合同管理及成本控制工作
完成上级安排的其他相关工作
