Junior Swimming Coach

Qualifications
-A swimming coaching diploma is required; recent graduates are also welcome.
-Possesses excellent swimming teaching skills and communication abilities.
-Able to communicate in English, Mandarin and Malay.
-Responsible for developing and implementing personalized swimming training plans to meet the needs of students at different levels.
-Monitor trainees' training progress and provide constructive feedback to help them improve their swimming skills.
-Ensure the safety of the swimming pool area and comply with all relevant safety procedures.
-Build positive relationships with students and parents, and respond to their inquiries and concerns promptly.

Job responsibilities
-Develop and implement comprehensive swimming training programs to improve swimmers' technical skills and competitive abilities.
-Personalized training programs are designed based on the athlete's individual abilities and goals, and are regularly evaluated and adjusted.
-Instruct athletes on proper swimming techniques, postures, and tactics to ensure they acquire a solid foundation.
-Organize and manage swimming training sessions, including warm-up, technique practice, endurance training, and cool-down.
-Supervise athletes' training process, correct incorrect movements in a timely manner, and prevent sports injuries.
-Assess athletes' progress, provide constructive feedback, and develop further training plans.
-Maintain good communication with athletes, parents, and team members to build positive working relationships.
-Participate in swimming competitions and events, provide support and guidance to athletes, and evaluate their performance.
-Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the swimming pool and related equipment, and ensure that the training environment meets standards.
-Learn about the latest swimming training theories and techniques, and continuously improve your professional knowledge and skills.
