Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow existing key accounts across local retail partners, international distributors, and third-party channels to achieve sales targets and KPIs.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners and stakeholders, acting as the main point of contact to ensure effective communication and long-term collaboration.

Develop account growth plans and strategies to expand sales, improve product visibility, and strengthen long-term partnerships.

Understand each partner’s channel mechanics, promotional structure, and sales dynamics to optimize campaigns, pricing strategies, and bundles that maximize sales performance and profitability.

Drive sales performance by monitoring sell-through, forecasting demand, managing stock availability, and identifying opportunities for account growth.

Plan and execute promotions, campaigns, and retail activations in collaboration with partners to increase brand visibility and product movement.

Work closely with marketing, operations, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth product launches, campaign execution, and order fulfilment.

Identify and pursue new business development opportunities, including onboarding new retail partners, distributors, and strategic collaborations locally and internationally.

Negotiate commercial terms, promotions, and partnership agreements to support sustainable revenue growth.

Prepare and present sales reports, account performance analysis, and market insights to track progress against sales targets and KPIs.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

2–4 years of experience in key account management, sales, or business development (experience in beauty, FMCG, or retail industry is an advantage).

Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Experience managing retail partners, distributors, or third-party channels is preferred.

Strong analytical and sales planning skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and identify growth opportunities.

Highly motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills
Experience working with retail chains, pharmacies, beauty retailers, or international distributors.

Familiarity with sales forecasting, promotional planning, and account growth strategies.

Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities.
