Job Description

Responsibilities:

Support the Key Account Manager in managing and developing relationships with key distributors and accounts.

Assist in implementing sales strategies and account plans to achieve business objectives.

Monitor sales performance and track KPIs to ensure targets are met.

Conduct regular visits to distributor outlets and retail points to ensure proper product placement and visibility.

Coordinate and execute promotional activities and marketing campaigns with distributors and internal teams.

Analyze sales trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.

Act as a liaison between key accounts and internal departments to ensure smooth sales operations.

Address customer inquiries, feedback, and issues in a timely and professional manner.

Prepare regular sales reports, market insights, and competitor analysis for management review.

Work closely with supply chain, marketing, and finance teams to ensure timely product delivery and effective sales execution.



Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

2-3 years of experience in FMCG sales or account management, preferably within a distribution environment.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to analyze sales data and identify market trends.

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Excellent problem-solving abilities.

Fluency in English and Chinese are required
