Job Description

执行 Pastry Chef 或 Head Chef 所安排的
其他工作任务。
根据食谱准确称量及准备烘焙材料，并在
监督下协助烘焙工作。
在监督下协助甜品/食品的装饰与摆盘。
协助准备厨房日常运作所需的 mise en
place（MEP）。
协助接收、储存及整理厨房食材与用品。
确保所有食品能及时且稳定地完成制作。
负责清洗碗碟、餐具及厨房器具，并确保
其清洁、干燥及妥善存放，以维持厨房卫
生及运作顺畅。
协助库存管理，并在需要时协助订购食
材。
保持工作区域整洁有序，确保所有工作台
面、工具及设备在食品制作前、中、后均
完成清洁与消毒，并符合食品安全与卫生
标准。
在资深厨房员工指导下学习及执行基本烹
饪技巧，以协助高效完成菜单制作。
在繁忙时段协助厨房团队完成各种工作，
包括补充食材、准备装饰配料及协助摆
盘。
安全且有效地操作与维护厨房设备，包括
烤箱、炉具、烧烤设备及食品处理机，并
及时向主管报告设备故障。
准确遵循指示，并与团队成员保持良好沟
通，确保厨房运作顺畅及高品质食品能准
时供应。
