Kitchen Commis Chef

Job Description
We’re looking for a motivated, hardworking, and detail-oriented Kitchen Commis Chef to support our kitchen operations. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy working as part of a team, and take pride in preparing quality food that keeps guests coming back.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in daily food preparation and basic cooking tasks.
Support the Chef / Kitchen Lead in food production and service.
Prepare ingredients according to recipes and standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, workstations, and equipment.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times.
Assist with plating and ensuring consistent food quality.
Handle ingredients properly and help with stock organization.
Collaborate with front-of-house and kitchen team members during service.
Carry out any other kitchen duties as assigned by the management.
Job Requirements
Have Food Handling Certificate & Typhoid Vaccination
Friendly, polite, and customer-oriented
Team player and responsible
Can work in a fast-paced environment
Willing to learn and follow instructions
Punctual and maintains good hygiene
