What You'll Be Doing:
- Jump into new product development – turn ideas into menu hits, and give our classics a fresh twist
- Be our food trend scout – keep an eye on what's hot and what's next in the market
- Own the food cost game – smart spending, maximum impact
- Handle daily ordering of food and supplies like a pro
- Keep inventory on point – organized, tracked, zero chaos
- Run a tight ship in the kitchen – clean, hygienic, always SOP/SOC ready
- Stay in the know on promos and new menu items – be the go-to person
- Make sure supplies, equipment and work areas are all safety compliant, no shortcuts
- Cut down food wastage by nailing those measurements – waste not, want not
- Keep leveling up your skills through training and help train up the junior kitchen crew too
- Stick to company policies and procedures – we're all about doing things right


What We're Looking For:
- At least 3 years in the F&B kitchen scene – bonus points if you've got Chinese cuisine experience!
- Mature vibe, positive energy – we love that
- Self-starter with solid leadership chops – you take initiative and own it
- Cool with working weekends and public holidays – it's the kitchen life, you know the drill
- Mandarin speakers, come through! You'll be chatting with Mandarin-speaking customers and suppliers
