Kitchen Supervisor

-Lead, guide, and train kitchen staff.
-Maintain kitchen cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards.
⁠-Assist with menu preparation and daily food production.
-Check food quality, presentation, and portion control.
-Monitor kitchen inventory and minimize food wastage.
⁠-Handle customer feedback and complaints related to food quality or service-related issues.
⁠-Ensure all kitchen equipment is efficient operation and arrange for repairs/maintenance when required.
-Assist in preparing staff duty rosters to ensure enough manpower during peak hours.
