1. Customs Declaration Agent
• Prepare and submit import/export customs declarations accurately and timely.
• Ensure compliance with Malaysian customs regulations and company SOPs.
• Verify shipping documents and customs-related paperwork.
• Resolve customs clearance issues and support shipment release activities.

2. Customs Affairs Customer Service Agent
• Handle customer inquiries related to customs clearance and shipping status.
• Communicate customs requirements and documentation needs to customers
• Follow up on clearance delays and provide timely updates.
• Maintain accurate records of customer communications and cases.

3. Operation Assistant
• Support daily logistics and warehouse operations activities.
• Monitor shipment movement and operational progress.

4. Warehouse Team Lead
• Supervise daily warehouse activities including inbound, outbound and inventory operations.
• Lead and manage warehouse associates to achieve operational targets.
• Monitor productivity, quality, and operational efficiency.
• Provide coaching, training and performance guidance to team members.

5. Data Admin
• Perform accurate data entry and system updates.
• Generate operational reports and maintain records.
• Support documentation and administrative activities.
• Collaborate with operations teams to ensure data integrity.
