Job Description
薪资：RM3,000–RM4,000 / 月
工作制度：5天制｜双休
招聘对象：SPM / UEC 毕业生｜Fresh Graduates｜无经验者
工作地点：PJ区
（LRT步行约 5 分钟即可到达公司）
工作内容：
• 通过电话、邮件或线上聊天协助客户，解答咨询及处理问题
• 提供专业、友善的客户服务
• 记录客户资料，并及时更新系统
• 根据客户情况协助解决相关问题
• 与团队合作，确保客户获得良好的服务体验
职位要求：
• SPM 及UEC 或同等学历
• 无需相关工作经验，公司提供完整培训
• 能使用中文、英文及马来文进行交流沟通
• 态度良好愿意学习
• 工作时间会小调动
