Job Description

岗位职责：
负责基础设施建设项目的规划、实施与跟进；
负责对接市议会（Majlis Perbandaran / Dewan Bandaraya）及政府各相关部门的审批与报批流程；
确保项目建设符合当地规划标准与法规要求。
任职要求：
具备基础建设、工程图纸审查、水电管路设计与施工知识；
熟悉房地产开发流程及建设规划合规要求；
精通中英马三语（华语、英语、马来语），能顺畅对接政府部门及跨国团队。
薪资待遇：
试用期： MYR 6,000 – 8,000 / 月
转正后： MYR 7,000 – 10,000 / 月
【工作时间与福利待遇】
工作时间： 5.5天制（周一至周五全天，周六半天）
法定保障：遵循马来西亚劳工法，依法缴纳 EPF (公积金)、SOCSO (社保) 及 EIS (就业保险)
