LANDSCAPING & GARDENER

Core Responsibilities

Landscape Construction & Design: Execute garden designs by building features such as walls, fences, pergolas, paved patios, and decking.

Soft Landscaping & Planting: Prepare soil beds, lay turf, and plant trees, shrubs, and flowers according to site specifications and climate conditions.

Routine Maintenance: Mow lawns, edge borders, trim hedges, and clear leaves and rubbish to maintain a pristine environment.

Plant Care & Protection: Monitor plant growth, apply fertilizers, and manage pests and weed control while troubleshooting plant diseases.

Equipment Operations: Safely operate and perform routine maintenance on landscaping machinery, including lawnmowers, trimmers, and leaf blowers.

Key Requirements & Skills

Horticultural Knowledge: A strong understanding of plant biology, soil health, and local climate suitability.

Physical Stamina: Ability to perform heavy physical labor outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Equipment Proficiency: Competency and safety compliance in handling heavy power tools and manual gardening equipment.

Spatial Awareness: The ability to read blueprints, follow landscape designs, and visualize the finished product.

Relevant Qualifications: SPM & other related Certifications.
