Lean Engineer

Lean Engineer
- Guide and coach the personnel to identify waste, find improvements, and rationalize the quantity and quality of material usage by promoting application of lean production;
- Monitor and assess the production performance indicators, and guide the personnel to improve if necessary;
- Coach and mentor cross functional teams in using various techniques (such as 5S, visualization, TPM, etc.) on problem solving and process improvement projects to improve the operation management of the factory;
- Identifying opportunities for improvement in processes or products, including trends in technology that could impact business models or product lines.
