LEASING MANAGER

What we're looking for
-Minimum 5 years of experience in a commercial leasing or property management role, ideally within the real estate industry
-Proven track record of successfully negotiating and managing lease agreements
-Strong understanding of the commercial real estate market, including current trends, legal regulations, and best practices
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders
-Proficient in data analysis and financial modelling to evaluate leasing opportunities and make informed decisions
-Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
-Preferably, a bachelor's degree in real estate, business, or a related field
