Locum (Imago Shopping Center, Kota Kinabalu)

Key Responsibilities

Dispensing & Counseling: Accurately dispense medications, check for expiry dates, and provide medication counseling/drug information to customers.

Compliance: Ensure compliance with License A (Poison Act) and Ministry of Health (KKM) regulations.

Operations Management: Manage daily pharmacy operations, including stock control, inventory checks, and maintaining store cleanliness.

Sales & Promotion: Drive sales through professional advice, promotion of stock, and achieving retail targets.

Supervision: Lead and motivate store staff, supervise attendance, and handle customer inquiries/complaints.

Requirements

License: Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy and be a registered pharmacist (or as required by local authorities).

Skills: Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Experience: Previous experience in a retail pharmacy environment is generally required.

Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours and travel to various store locations (e.g., in Kuala Lumpur, Johor, or Penang).
