Job Description

Job descriptions:

1. Ensuring the smooth running of logistic and warehouse operations.

2. Manage stock controls and levels, accuracy and movement to ensure delivery expectations and deadlines are met and space utilization within the warehouse.

3. Create and implement best practice logistics principles, policies and processes across the organisation to improve operational and financial performance.

4. Planning and monitoring inbound and outgoing deliveries.

5. Supervising logistics, warehouse, transportation, and customer services.

6. Organizing warehouse, label goods, plot routes, and process shipments.

7. Responding to any issues or complaints.

8. Working with other departments to incorporate logistics with company procedures and

9. Ensuring all operations adhere to laws, guidelines, and ISO requirements.

10. Create and implement best practice logistics principles, policies and processes across the organisation to improve operational and financial performance.

11. Resolve problems concerning transportation, logistics systems, imports or exports or customer issues.

12. Deliver solutions to logistics problems while maintaining high levels of quality and service within budgetary requirements.

13. Manage stock control and reconcile with data storage system

14. Manage, coach and develop a high performing team that meets agreed objectives and delivers best practice results, added value and continuous improvements.

15. Supervise daily warehouse activities, including quality assurance, inventory control, space management, logistics, floor productivity, shipping, and customer service.

16. Schedule and oversee warehouse team, and manage the flow and quality of work to maximize efficiency and minimize overtime.

17. Meet regularly with warehouse leads to analyse productivity and develop actionable plans for loss prevention.

18. Ensuring the safety of staff and ensuring effective and safe use of warehouse equipment.

19. Audit and report inventory while making recommendations on which items to order and restock.

20. Perform all other job -related duties and tasks as assigned by Superior from time to time.



Job requirements:

1. Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in business administration, logistics, supply chain, or relevant field.

2. A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role.

3. Prior experience of working in logistics/supply chain/transportation function within the automotive or manufacturing environment with a comprehensive knowledge of logistics processes and procedures.

4. Solid understanding of logistics and inventory management software.

5. Outstanding analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.

6. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

7. Ability to work and make decisions under pressure.
