Job Description

What you'll be doing :
* Coordinate daily logistics operations and ensure logistics activities comply with company procedures and local trade regulations
* Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping agents and transporters to track shipment status and resolve delivery issues
* Coordinate internally with purchasing, warehouse and sales teams to align delivery schedules
* Experience in handling export activities from Malaysia to Thailand, Indonesia and Singapore
* Order Processing : Process sales orders accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring that all details are correct, and the orders are fulfilled according to customers' specifications
* Export documentation : Prepare and manage the necessary export documents, including invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, customs declarations and shipping instructions
* Key in and verify HS codes to ensure accurate customs declaration and regulatory compliance
* Incoterms Knowledge : Understand and apply internal commercial terms [Incoterms] to determine the responsibilities, costs and risks associated with the shipment of goods
* Compliance with Regulations : Ensure compliance with export regulations and trade laws of both country of origin and destination, including export licenses, trade restrictions and sanctions
* International Logistics : Coordinate the movement of goods across international borders, working with freight forwarders, carriers and customs brokers to ensure timely and cost-effective transportation

What we're looking for :
* Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Logistics / Supply Chain Management / Business Administration or related field
* Minimum 1 - 2 years of working experience in logistics, shipping, sales support or customer service [Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply]
* Familiar with HS code classification, customs declaration procedures and Incoterms
* Basic knowledge of Malaysia Customs regulations
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel and logistics/ERP systems
* Languages : Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia and ability to communicate in Mandarin will be an added advantage
* Strong organizational, communication and problem-solving skills
* Able to work independently and collaboratively, managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
