Logistics cum Supply Chain Executive - Balakong

Key Responsibilities
-Manage daily logistics operations including warehousing, transportation, and distribution.
-Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and distributors to ensure seamless supply chain flow.
-Monitor inventory levels, forecast demand, and implement replenishment strategies.
-Optimize supply chain processes to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
-Ensure compliance with local regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
-Prepare and analyze reports on logistics performance, inventory accuracy, and supply chain KPIs.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, finance, production) to align supply chain activities with business goals.
-Handle import/export documentation and liaise with customs when required

Requirements
-Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
-Minimum 2–4 years of experience in logistics/supply chain, preferably in FMCG.
-Strong knowledge of inventory management, procurement, and distribution processes.
-Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
-Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
-Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
-Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.

Preferred Attributes
-Experience in FMCG industry with fast-paced supply chain cycles.
-Knowledge of logistic operation and lean supply chain practices.
