Logistics Executive (Inbound & Outbound)

Key Responsibilities :

Logistics Executive - Inbound Import Shipment
- Manage importation process for goods from overseas suppliers.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and clearing agents.
- Monitor shipment arrivals, handle documentation, and ensure compliance.
- Track inventory intake and report any delays or discrepancies.

Logistics Executive - Outbound Delivery
- Plan, schedule, and track product deliveries to local customers.
- Coordinate with transport companies, 3PLs, and warehouse staff to ensure timely dispatch.
- Verify loading accuracy, delivery notes, and maintain shipping records.
- Resolve delivery issues and customer complaints quickly.

Share Responsibilities for Both Roles :
- Analyze logistics performance data and recommend improvements.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Support team members and participate in continuous improvement projects.

Requirements :
- Minimum 3 year's experience in logistics/supply chain, preferably in manufacturing, freight, or 3PL sectors.
- For Inbound role : Experince with import procedures, customs clearance, and freight forwarding.
- For Outbound role : Strong background in delivery planning, fleet coordination, and warehouse dispatch.
- Leadership potential and ability to work cross-functionally.
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an added advantage.
- Diploma / Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred.
