Logistics Manager (Malaysia Region)​

Responsibilities:​

-Oversee end-to-end warehousing and distribution processes within Malaysia to ensure stable store supply and achieve delivery timelines.

-Manage third-party logistics (3PL) partners, evaluate service quality, and continuously optimize delivery routes and logistics costs.

-Handle logistics exceptions (delays, damages, shortages) and coordinate solutions for store complaints to reduce complaint rates.

-Manage regional warehouse inventory, develop replenishment plans, monitor inventory turnover rates, and minimize dead stock and losses.

-Analyze and report on distribution, warehousing, and related costs to support overall logistics cost control.

-Conduct regular stocktakes to ensure system data aligns with physical inventory, and collaborate with the Finance Department on reconciliation and settlement.

Requirements:​

-Bachelor’s degree or above in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related fields. Candidates with logistics experience in the beverage, F&B, or chain retail industry are preferred. Familiarity with end-to-end warehousing and distribution processes and related standards is required.

-Solid knowledge and practical skills in logistics management, with the ability to quickly identify operational risks and issues. Understanding of full logistics and distribution processes, and capable of effectively liaising with, evaluating, and onboarding logistics partners.

-Excellent communication and coordination skills to efficiently collaborate with internal departments, external logistics partners, and stores. Strong problem-solving and adaptability to respond to and resolve logistics exceptions promptly. Effective planning and execution abilities to ensure timely completion of logistics tasks.

-Hands-on experience in supplier management, cost control, inventory management, and cold chain operations.

-Proficient in using logistics systems (ERP, WMS, TMS) and Microsoft Office applications.

-Fluent in written and spoken English; proficiency in Malay or Mandarin is a plus.

-Familiar with the local business environment in Malaysia; candidates with existing local logistics resources are preferred.
