Logistics Sea Freight Export Coordinator.

Job scope.
-Working with clients to coordinate the timely and efficient movement of freight.
-Checking competitive rates with Liners, box operators and agents for FCL and LCL.
-Communicating with operation team on export declaration and goods collections.
-Provide Shipping Instructions to Liners and related operators.
-Application of Export Permits.
-Preparing and processing shipping documentation, including customs declarations and manifests.-
-Communicate with Haulage company on the container positioning.
-Tracking shipments and providing updates to updates on vessel departs and update to respective customers

Working hours.
-Working Hours on 5 and 1/2 days (8.30am to 5.30pm) during probation.
-Monday to Friday with alternate Saturday off after confirmation.
-Working Experience of at least one year and able to start work immediately an added advantage
