Maintenance Technician cum Production

Key Responsibilities
Maintenance Duties
Perform routine inspection and preventive maintenance on machines and equipment.

Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and operational issues.

Repair faulty machinery and ensure minimal downtime.

Monitor machine performance and report abnormalities.

Maintain maintenance records and service schedules.

Ensure all tools and equipment are in good working condition.

Coordinate with external vendors for major repairs if required.

Production Duties
Assist in daily production operations.

Operate machines according to SOP and safety guidelines.

Monitor production quality and output.

Ensure production targets are met efficiently.

Support production team during peak periods.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of production area.

Follow workplace safety and company regulations.

Job Requirements
Minimum SPM / Certificate / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronic, or related field.

At least 1–2 years of working experience in maintenance or production environment.

Basic knowledge of machine troubleshooting and repair.

Able to operate production machinery.

Good problem-solving skills and hands-on attitude.

Responsible, disciplined, and able to work independently.

Willing to work overtime / shift if required.
