Management Trainee

Job Description :-

• Participate in structured job rotations across departments such as Production, Maintenance, Quality, R&D or Engineering.
• Learn end-to-end business processes, workflows, and internal controls.
• Attend training sessions, workshops, and on-the-job coaching programs.
• Assist senior engineer in daily operations and administrative tasks.
• Support planning, execution, and monitoring of departmental activities.
• Collect, analyze, and prepare operational and management reports.
• Participate in improvement projects, process optimization, or cost-saving initiatives.
• Conduct data analysis, root cause analysis, and prepare presentations for management review.
• Support implementation of new policies, systems, or procedures.
• Identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of tasks.
• Communicate clearly with supervisors and team members.
• Support cross-functional collaboration initiatives.
• Ad-hoc assignment from Superior from time to time.
