Salary Package:
SGD 3,150 – SGD 3,400 per month
(Some roles may go higher depending on company & experience)

Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations (F&B outlets, logistics flow, or facilities)
Manage staff scheduling, performance & service quality
Ensure customer satisfaction & operational efficiency
Handle reporting, stock control & process improvement
Lead and motivate teams

Requirements
Diploma / Degree (any field preferred)
Good communication skills (English required)
Willing to work shifts, weekends & public holidays
Positive attitude & leadership potential
Experience in hospitality / logistics / service is an advantage

Average trainee salary in Changi: SGD 2,900 – SGD 3,200
Many F&B trainee roles: SGD 3,200 – SGD 3,700
