Front of House (FOH)

Provide excellent customer service by greeting and attending to customers in a friendly and professional manner

Take and process customer orders accurately, including handling cashiering and payments

Recommend menu items and answer customer inquiries confidently

Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and service areas

Ensure a positive customer experience and handle basic feedback or complaints professionally

Back of House (BOH)

Prepare and cook food items according to company recipes and quality standards

Ensure food presentation and portioning meet brand expectations

Maintain kitchen cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards at all times

Assist in stock preparation, inventory control, and kitchen organization

Work closely with team members to ensure timely food preparation and delivery
