MANAGER BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT – PROPERTY

Requirements
-Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Business Studies / Civil or Mechanical Engineering / Real Estate Management and/or Marketing.
-At least 5-6 years working experience in familiar with managing business, construction management, property development, business ventures, real estate management and/or investment.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skill with strong leadership.
-Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned by management form time-to-time and able to work independently.

Job Description
-To market new projects or sub-sales / existing properties.
-To consult and assist clients for the process of selling / purchasing properties.
-Negotiate and deal with all parties involved in sale and rental of properties.
-To provide excellent sales and customer service.
-To follow up with buyer, seller, close the deal.
-Responsible for the effective daily operation and upkeep of the building, including maintenance such as structural elements (e.g., walls. floors, ceilings) to a high standard to preserve safety, cleanliness and the overall value of the property.
-Liaise with external vendors, service providers, tenants, contractors and authorities and maintain good relationship.
-Working exposure in real estate property agent are added advantage.
