Specifications & material management

Tender & procurement support

Marketing, show unit & sales gallery support

Design monitoring & quality enforcement

Post-project review & continuous improvement

DEIC SOP & document control

Qualifications & Experience:

Master degree in Architecture required (LAM Part 1 & 2), or related field.

5–8+ years of progressive experience in architectural and interior design and full cycle of design management, with a balanced background in both consultancy and developer-side roles.

2+ years of leadership or team management experience.

Excellent project management and organizational skills.

Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
