Job Description

We are looking for Mandarin-speaking teachers to conduct one-to-one reading programmes and support students in building strong reading and language skills.

Candidates with experience may be developed into Trainee Supervisors, where structured training in leadership and centre management will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct 1-to-1 reading classes (physical or online)
• Guide students in reading, pronunciation, and comprehension
• Monitor and report students’ learning progress
• Create a positive and engaging learning environment
• Follow structured lesson plans and teaching methods
• Attend training and apply teaching standards
• (For Trainee Supervisor) Support team coordination and basic centre operations

Requirements

• Able to speak and teach in Mandarin (required)
• Passionate about working with children
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Responsible, patient, and willing to learn
• Fresh graduates are welcome
• Candidates with 3+ years teaching experience are encouraged to apply for Trainee Supervisor
