Manufacturing Technician

Responsible for providing technical support to production. Ensure equipment is capable of full operation. Adhere to Preventive Maintenance schedules and maintain equipment at GMP standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Set up and troubleshoot molding machines and related equipment.

Conduct mold installation, mold change, and machine parameter adjustments.

Monitor machine performance and ensure product quality meets specifications.

Troubleshoot molding defects and process issues in a timely manner.

Support preventive maintenance activities for molding machines and molds.

Ensure proper documentation of production records, machine parameters, and downtime.

Maintain good housekeeping and comply with safety, quality, and company policies.

Work closely with Production, Quality, Engineering, and Maintenance teams to support operational needs.

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to improve productivity and reduce downtime.

Support validation, trial runs, and new product introductions when required.
