Marketing Associate 1 year Contract (Fresh Grad welcome)

Responsibilities
• Contract Cold Calling & LinkedIn Outreach Specialist
• Research and expand target contacts using provided keywords, industry lists, and company directories.
• Conduct outreach via LinkedIn (connection requests, InMail, and messages) to identify and engage relevant decision-makers (engineering, maintenance, operations, automation, procurement, etc.).
• Cold-call company general lines and gatekeepers to identify the right contacts and collect accurate contact details.
• Call and follow up with existing contacts from our SFA (Salesforce or equivalent CRM) to qualify interest, update records, and set appointments for Account Executives.
• Qualify leads against agreed criteria (industry, company size, pain points, purchasing authority, timeline, budget).
• Book discovery calls or demos for the internal sales team and pass qualified leads with clear context and next steps.
• Maintain accurate and timely CRM/SFA entries for all outreach activities, call outcomes, and next-action tasks.
• Provide daily/weekly activity and outcome reports (calls made, connections, meetings booked, lead quality).

Requirements and skills
• Candidate must possess at least Diploma level
• Self-starter and able to work resourcefully
• Solid computer skills, including MS Excel and web analytics
• Familiar with SEO/SEM and Google AdWords (Optional)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical skills with a goal-oriented attitude
• Knowledge of marketing digital tools and techniques is an added advantage
