Marketing Content Creator

Position Summary
The Marketing Content Creator is responsible for producing engaging digital content to increase company visibility, attract potential candidates and clients, and support lead generation efforts. This role works closely with the Business Development Executive and Talent Acquisition Assistant to create targeted content that strengthens outreach performance across social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities
* Create marketing content for social media platforms (e.g. Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, XHS).
* Design visual posters using AI Tools.
* Create short-form video content for social media platforms
* Schedule and publish content on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis in accordance with marketing plans.
* Produce content that attracts potential candidates and business enquiries.
* Help convert content visibility into inbound leads.
* Maintain consistent company branding across platforms.
* Improve online presence through regular posting activities.
* Support campaigns that increase audience reach and engagement.
* Strengthen company positioning as a trusted employment and service provider.
* Work closely with Business Development Executive to promote employer partnership outreach.
* Support Talent Acquisition Assistant by creating candidate-attraction content.
* Align content direction with company hiring and business growth priorities.
* Monitor engagement results such as views, clicks, and enquiries.
* Track content effectiveness and suggest improvements.
