Marketing Cum Admin Assistant

Handle customer enquiries on social media
regarding services.
To manage social media platform Facebook,
Post daily content on our social media pages,
including photo, video, and other engaging
contents formats.
Supporting the Brand Manager in completing
marketing tasks.
Perform other duties as assigned from time to
time.
Coordinate with the production team to track
orders and delivery schedules.
Undertake any ad-hoc assignments as and when
required.
Assist with other operational tasks to support daily
activities.
Perform daily data entry and maintain records
accurately.
Handle email correspondence and respond to
customer inquiries in a timely manner.
Organize and manage filing, sorting, and
document retrieval.
Assist in preparing reports, documents, and other
necessary paperwork.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient
workflow.
