Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute marketing strategies to support company sales targets and business growth.
2. Plan and manage marketing activities including digital marketing, brochures, company profile, presentations, and promotional materials.
3. Handle company branding, social media platforms, website content, and online presence.
4. Assist the sales team in lead generation, customer follow-ups, and market research.
5. Coordinate exhibitions, trade shows, customer visits, and marketing events.
6. Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities, customer needs, and competitor activities.
7. Prepare marketing reports, proposals, and management presentations.
8. Liaise with external vendors such as designers, printers, media agencies, and advertising partners.
9. Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems (if applicable).
10. Perform any other marketing-related duties as assigned by management.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Education & Experience
• Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or related fields.
• Minimum 1–3 years of working experience in marketing, sales support, or business development.
• Experience in industrial, manufacturing, engineering, automation, or B2B marketing will be an added advantage.

Skills & Competencies
• Good communication and presentation skills in English (Mandarin is an advantage due to customer base).
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with sales, production, and management teams.
• Familiar with digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and basic content creation.
• Able to prepare marketing materials, proposals, and reports independently.
• Computer literate (MS Office, PowerPoint; basic design tools are a plus).
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision.
