Marketing Executive

Prepare quotations for local, overseas offices/agents or existing customers, supporting the sales and operations team when needed.

Negotiate competitive rates with suppliers ( co-loaders, carriers, and vendors) .

Identify and implement continuous improvements in Pricing processes and procedures.

Troubleshoot issues promptly and provide effective solutions.

Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends, regulations, and best practices in air and sea freight.

Perform any other duties assigned by the functional reporting line.

Evaluate and negotiate shipping methods and rates with carriers.

Collaborate with internal teams (CS, Marketing, and management) to meet customer needs.

Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and workflow.

Provide excellent customer service and resolve sales inquiries effectively.

Prepare reports on sales data, order status, and customer feedback when necessary.

Able to read the service contract and prepare/finish the cost for internal review.
