Marketing Executive (Hybrid Working Hour)

Employment Type: 1-Year Contract
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (Hybrid Working Type)

Salary & Benefits:

Basic: RM3,400 – RM3,500

Allowance: RM350

Annual Leave: 15 days/year

Completion Bonus: 1-month Bonus after 1-year contract completion

Key Responsibilities:

Manage sales systems (DMS, PACE) and maintain sales tools, references, and promotion codes.

Track and report on channel program execution and performance.

Coordinate incentives, rewards, and ensure accurate, timely disbursement.

Consolidate and support sales communications, roadshows, and toolkits.

Assist with trade materials deployment and on-ground activations.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, Data Analytics, or related field

1–2 years’ experience in Marketing, Sales, Trade/Channel, or Admin roles

Proficient in Excel (SUM, IF, SUMIF, VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables); PowerBI a plus

Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills

Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders
